These terms apply to your use of dealena.in and the Dealena cashback service. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to them. Cashback-specific rules are in our Cashback Terms, which form part of these terms.
About the service
Dealena lists offers from online stores and shares part of the commission it earns from referred purchases with members as cashback. Dealena is not the seller of any product or service bought from a store. Your purchase contract is with the store, and the store is responsible for pricing, delivery, quality, warranties, returns and refunds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, live in India and be able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their cashback forfeited.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@dealena.in if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Create fake, fraudulent or self-referred orders, or orders you intend to cancel or return to gain cashback.
- Use bots, scripts, VPNs or other means to manipulate tracking or offers.
- Republish Dealena tracking links on coupon sites, paid ads or bulk messaging without our written permission.
- Copy, scrape or reproduce the website's content without permission.
- Interfere with the website's security or operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
If we reasonably suspect misuse, we may hold or cancel cashback, suspend or close the account, and report the matter where required by law.
Offers and store information
We try to keep offers, rates and conditions accurate, but stores can change or end their programmes at any time, sometimes without notice. The store's own terms and the store's decision on each order apply. Links to store websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
The Dealena name, logo, website design and content belong to Dealena. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify where an offer applies.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, Dealena is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for a store's acts or omissions, or for cashback that a store does not track, confirm or pay. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the confirmed cashback owed to you that remains unpaid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@dealena.in. Confirmed cashback that meets the minimum payout amount will be paid out before closure where possible. Pending cashback that confirms after closure cannot be paid. We may close accounts that breach these terms or are inactive for a long period, after giving notice by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell members of significant changes. Continuing to use Dealena after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to your rights under consumer law, courts in Manipur have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
