Purchases from stores
Dealena does not sell products or services and does not collect payment for your purchases. When you click through from Dealena, you buy directly from the store. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds for your order are handled by the store under its own policy. Please contact the store's customer support for these.
Effect on cashback
- Cancelled orders do not earn cashback. Any tracked or pending cashback for the order is removed.
- Full returns or refunds do not earn cashback.
- Partial returns earn cashback only on the items you kept, as reported by the store.
- Exchanges are usually treated by stores as a return, so the original order may be declined.
- Late reversals: if a store reverses commission after cashback was confirmed or paid, the matching cashback may be deducted from your balance or future cashback, as described in the Cashback Terms.
Cashback payouts
A payout request can be cancelled only while it has not yet been processed. Email support@dealena.in from your registered email address as soon as possible. If a payout fails, for example because of incorrect UPI or bank details, the amount returns to your Dealena balance so you can update your details and request it again.
Payments to Dealena
Dealena never takes payment for your store purchases. If Dealena offers any paid service, its price and refund terms will be shown before you pay. If you believe Dealena has charged you in error, email us with the transaction details and we will investigate and refund any amount charged incorrectly to the original payment method.
