How cashback works
From the click to the payout, here's what happens to your order and what decides whether it earns cashback.
Four steps
Sign in and pick an offer
Sign in to your Dealena account so the visit is linked to you, then open the store's offer and read its conditions.
Click through and shop
Dealena sends you to the store with a tracking link. Shop and pay on the store's site as you normally would.
The store validates
The store reports the order, then confirms or declines it after its return and cancellation window ends.
Withdraw your cashback
Confirmed cashback adds to your withdrawable balance. Request a payout to your UPI ID or bank account.
What each status means
| Status | What it means | What you can do |

| Tracked | The store has reported your order to us. This usually takes from a few hours to a few days after purchase. | Check the store and amount look right. |
| Pending | The store is waiting for its return and cancellation period to end. Most stores take 30 to 90 days, depending on their policy. | Nothing. Keep your order confirmation. |
| Confirmed | The store has approved the order and paid, or committed to pay, the commission. | Withdraw once you reach the minimum payout amount. |
| Paid | The cashback has been sent to your chosen payout method. | Check your UPI app or bank statement. |
| Declined | The store rejected the order, for example because it was returned, cancelled or didn't meet the offer's conditions. | Write to us if you think this is a mistake. |
Orders that earn cashback
- Placed by a Dealena member aged 18 or over, living in India.
- Started from a Dealena link and completed in the same session.
- Paid in full and not returned, cancelled or exchanged.
- Within the offer's conditions: category, new or existing user, coupon rules.
Orders that usually don't
- Orders placed through a store's app when the offer is for its website only, or the other way round.
- Orders using coupon codes from other websites.
- Gift cards, wallet top-ups and categories the store excludes.
- Bulk, resale or business purchases, and orders on another person's behalf.
Work out what an order could earn
Enter the order value the store pays commission on (after discounts, before tax and shipping) and the rate shown on the offer. The store's validation decides the final amount.
This is an estimate only. Stores sometimes pay a different rate by product category, and declined orders earn nothing.
How and when you get paid
Where it goes
To a UPI ID or Indian bank account in your own name. Details must match your Dealena account.
When you can withdraw
Once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout amount shown in your account. Pending cashback can't be withdrawn.
Checks before payment
We may verify your account and payout details before sending money, to protect members from fraud.
Common questions
My order isn't showing as tracked. What should I do?
Stores can take a few days to report orders. If it still isn't showing after 7 days, email support@dealena.in with the store name, order ID, order date and amount, plus a screenshot of the order confirmation. Please send it within 30 days of the order date.
Why is my cashback amount different from what I expected?
Stores pay commission on the eligible value only, which usually excludes taxes, shipping and fees. Some stores pay different rates by category. Partial returns also reduce the amount.
Why was my cashback declined?
Common reasons are returns, cancellations, a coupon code from another site, or an order outside the offer's conditions. The store makes this decision. If you think it's wrong, write to us and we'll raise it with the store where possible.
Does using Dealena change the price I pay?
No. You pay the store's price. The cashback comes from the commission the store pays for the referral.
Can Dealena guarantee cashback on every order?
No. Cashback depends on the store tracking and approving the order. We show each order's status so you can follow it, and we help with missing or declined orders where we can.
