The life of a cashback order
Four statuses, always visible-
Tracked Step 1
You clicked a Dealena offer and the store reported your order to us.

Pending Step 2
The store waits out its return and cancellation window before approving.

Confirmed Withdrawable
The store approved the order. The cashback can now be withdrawn.

Sent to your UPI ID or Indian bank account.
Four steps from checkout to cashback
You shop on the store's own website, at the store's own prices. Dealena keeps track of what happens after.
Pick an offer
Find the store on Dealena and read the rate and conditions for that offer.
Shop through the link
Click through from Dealena and complete your purchase in the same visit.
Store confirms
Your order shows as pending until the store's return window closes and it approves the sale.
Withdraw
Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn to your UPI ID or bank account.
Stores pay for referrals. We pass part of it on.
Online stores run affiliate programmes that pay a commission when someone they didn't reach on their own makes a purchase. When that purchase comes through a Dealena link, the commission comes to us, and we share a part of it with you.
You pay the store's normal price. Cashback is calculated on the amount the store pays commission on, and the store decides whether an order qualifies.
Good to know before you shop
- Cashback is usually calculated on the order value after discounts, without taxes, shipping or convenience fees.
- The rate shown when you click is the rate that applies to your order.
- Returned, cancelled or exchanged orders don't earn cashback.
- Using a coupon code that isn't listed with the offer can stop the order from tracking.
